Learning & Development Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

1. Administer & coordinate training programs with trainers/module leaders/mentors and other stakeholders.
2. Maintain training documentation, plans, reports, learning system(LMS) and materials like the handbook, online courses, etc.
3. Own training operations: schedules, calendars, documentation, reports, LMS, and learning materials.
4. Conduct training assessment and feedback to identify skills, process and knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
5. Organizing & managing the training schedule.  Ensure learning quality and smooth program delivery, not just session continuity.
6. Attend trainings to track its progress & flow, highlight issues that could impact the overall objectives of the program
7. Be the first point of contact for the learner groups.

Must Haves

1. At least 6 months of prior experience in a training coordination, L&D operations, and delivery support, or learning programs management role, good to have, involving tech-enabled training environments.
2. Strong situational judgment and ownership mindset.
3. Ability to prepare schedules, plans, and reports using Google App Suite
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken)
5. An eye for detail and take complete ownership of deliverables
6. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Strong time management skills to stay on track and deliver quality training.
8. Empathy and patience in supporting individuals through the learning process.
9. Ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their learning goals.

Good to Have

1. Familiarity with WordPress and Open Source
2. Experience working with LMS and Program Management
3. Prior teaching experience
4. Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
