rtCamp is looking for a Paid Campaign Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize high-performing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other channels. You’ll work closely with content, design, and product teams to ensure every ad is on-message, on-brand, and conversion-ready.
We’re not looking for a button-clicker - we’re looking for someone who knows how to scale B2B paid acquisition, build predictable funnels, and drive qualified demand.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and retargeting channels for B2B audiences.
- Own full-funnel performance: audience segmentation, messaging, targeting, bidding, and landing page alignment.
- Build dashboards and reports using Looker Studio + GA4 to track CAC, CPL, ROAS, and pipeline contribution.
- Collaborate with content writers and designers to create high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and variations for A/B tests.
- Monitor campaign health daily: budgets, pacing, lead quality, and conversion rates.
- Conduct competitive research and recommend positioning, messaging angles, and creative directions.
- Create audience frameworks, keyword strategies, and remarketing workflows tailored to enterprise buyers.
- Run experiments across audiences, hooks, formats, and channels to find growth opportunities.
- Ensure tracking, attribution, and UTM structures are clean and consistent across campaigns.
- Present insights, learnings, and actionable recommendations to business and leadership teams.
Must haves

- 4+ years of experience running paid campaigns in the B2B SaaS, tech, or enterprise services space.
- Deep expertise in LinkedIn Ads (must), with strong experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Practical understanding of GA4, Looker Studio, and multi-touch attribution.
- Strong grasp of ad creatives, messaging, and what drives clicks → leads → opportunities.
- Ability to collaborate with designers and content teams to produce high-converting creatives.
- Analytical mindset: comfortable working with numbers, dashboards, and experiments.
- Proven track record in scaling B2B paid acquisition with measurable results.
Good to have
- Experience running Reddit Ads, other niche B2B channels and programmatic ads.
- Ability to suggest and test new ad platforms (StackAdapt, Quora Ads, etc.).
- Familiarity with BigQuery for deeper performance analysis and attribution.
- Understanding of CRM workflows (HubSpot, Salesforce, ERP) and lead lifecycle stages.
