If you understand modern SEO beyond keyword stuffing – covering intent, technical foundations, AI-driven search behavior, and the evolving role of GEO/AEO – this role is for you.

rtCamp is looking for an SEO Specialist with in-depth experience in B2B search strategy, ideally in the open-source, WordPress/Frappe, and enterprise tech ecosystem. You’ll work across content, design, and product teams to improve organic visibility, strengthen authority, and build a predictable pipeline of qualified traffic.

This role goes beyond audits and reports. We’re hiring someone who understands algorithms, UX, content strategy, and technical SEO deeply – and knows how to combine them into a growth engine.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Research

  1. Develop and own SEO strategy for B2B enterprise audiences across multiple industries.
  2. Understand intent deeply around service and technology keywords. Connect keywords with context to cover topics comprehensively.
  3. Conduct advanced keyword research focused on intent, funnel stages, and value-based opportunities.
  4. Identify content gaps, topic clusters, and new content themes in collaboration with content teams.
  5. Monitor and adapt strategy to evolving trends in AI search (SGE), GEO, AEO, multimodal search, and zero-click SERPs.

Technical SEO

  1. Run comprehensive technical audits using Screaming Frog, SEOgets, SEMrush, GSC, and other tools.
  2. Improve site structure, internal linking, crawlability, schema, page experience, and indexation.
  3. Ensure technical alignment with Website best practices, including sitemaps, speed optimization, and Core Web Vitals.
  4. Understand and troubleshoot issues related to rendering, canonicalization, redirects, and crawl budgets.

Content SEO

  1. Define content briefs and outlines rooted in keyword intent, competitor analysis, and semantic search.
  2. Guide writers on structuring SEO-friendly long-form and short-form content.
  3. Work closely with design to ensure UI/UX supports readability, engagement, and search intent fulfillment.

Off-Page & Authority Building

  1. Strategize and Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posts, and partnerships.

Analytics & Reporting

  1. Build dashboards using GSC, Looker Studio, and AI-driven SEO tools.
  2. Track rankings, visibility, CTR, engagement, conversions, and content attribution.
  3. Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
  4. Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and proactively adjust strategy.

Conversion & UX Understanding

  1. Use heatmaps, scroll maps, and behavior analytics tools to evaluate content consumption.
  2. Recommend UI/UX improvements that support conversions and search goal completion.

Apply even if you don’t tick all the boxes or even if you have a niche expertise within the role.
