We are seeking an early-career sales professional who is highly motivated, coachable, and eager to build a long-term career in consultative enterprise technology sales. This individual will directly support North American and European business development efforts and should be capable of growing into a quota-carrying account executive within 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles within a digital agency, web development firm, SaaS company, or CMS-driven environment
- Prior experience selling CMS-based websites or digital platform solutions required
- WordPress experience strongly preferred; other CMS platforms acceptable if the candidate demonstrates strong technical curiosity and ability to learn
- Experience engaging with marketing teams, digital leaders, or technology stakeholders is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; relevant experience may substitute
Must Have
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ambitious and motivated to grow within a structured sales organization
- Comfortable discussing web technologies, digital platforms, and marketing-driven business objectives
- Organized and process-oriented, with CRM discipline and attention to follow-through
- Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively within a distributed US and India team
Good to Have
- Prior experience working in close collaboration with cross-functional groups, including external channel partners, internal project management, CSM, & engineering teams, to win new business.
- Experience of working in a consulting agency, primarily in DXP and web development space. Huge bonus for experience with CMSs such as WordPress, Drupal, AEM, Sitecore
- Actively maintaining a blog/journal. Even better if you use WordPress for it.
Working Requirements
- Full-time employee (base salary + benefits + commission structure)
- Located in US-friendly time zones with availability during standard US business hours
- Comfortable operating in a fully remote environment
